With the continuous development and advancement of hydraulic technology and the expansion of its application fields and scope, system flexibility and various performance requirements are becoming higher. Traditional system designs that focus solely on completing predetermined action cycles of actuators and limited to static performance of the system can no longer meet these demands.

Xi'an LETRY specializes in manufacturing microcomputer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo dual-channel loading test systems, primarily used for durability testing and inspection of automotive components (such as stabilizer bars and small structural parts). This test system can perform various durability (fatigue) tests under sine waves, triangular waves, trapezoidal waves, ramp waves, and custom waveforms.

2. Test control system
2.1 Control system type: Fully digital;
2.2 Synchronous control methods: Dynamic stepping method, amplitude correction method, conventional control method;

2.5 Two channels are executed by independent electro-hydraulic servo actuators, enabling both separate excitation and composite excitation;
2.6 When two actuators are excited with the same type of wave at the same frequency, the phase is adjustable from 0–360°;
2.7 Multi-channel, multi-parameter, fully digital closed-loop control, automatically adjusting the system's PIDL values, using high-resolution feedback sampling and signal conditioning technology. All channels perform synchronous feedback and acquisition at a rate of 5kHz.
3. The testing machine control system can automatically calibrate the accuracy of the testing machine and perform automatic zero adjustment.
4. Fully digital display of axial test force, axial displacement, test frequency, and other engineering quantities. Multiple channels perform measurement, display, and control tasks independently and in parallel.
5. Test control software, running in the Windows environment, features a user-friendly interface and simple operation. It can complete test condition and sample parameter settings, test data processing, and save test data in various file formats. After the test, the test history can be reproduced, and test data can be replayed. Test data can be imported into software such as Word, Excel, Access, and MATLAB for statistical analysis, editing, classification, and post-test curve fitting. After the test is completed, test reports can be printed.

7. Servo actuator:
7.1 Uses aerospace-grade high-speed actuators to ensure responsiveness and service life for dynamic and static tests, with a service life of 100 million cycles;
7.2 Capable of achieving maximum dynamic and static test loads of ±15kN and a stroke of 200mm.
8. Sensors:
8.1 Load sensors use fatigue-rated high-capacity shear beam load sensors from American Sensor Technology (AST). Test load range: ±15kN, overload capacity up to 150%, with no calibration changes within the overload range. Indication accuracy within ±0.05%.
8.2 Displacement sensors are coaxially installed with the piston rod to accurately measure piston displacement. Effective range: 200mm, indication accuracy within ±0.2% FS.
9. Servo valve:
9.1 Electro-hydraulic servo valves use military/aerospace high-frequency response servo valves, offering high control accuracy and long service life.
10. Hydraulic power supply:
10.1 Hydraulic pump flow rate: 63L/min, system pressure: 21MPa,
10.2 Hydraulic pump station consists of one 30kW motor.
10.3 Equipped with hydraulic oil flushing solenoid valves, valve seats, and all accessories to meet daily maintenance needs.

11. Equipped with one set of corrosion-resistant, high-low temperature resistant connecting rods for entry into temperature environmental chambers.
